We believe the Bible is God's Word. We believe it is accurate, authoritative, and applicable to our everyday lives.

2 Timothy 3:15-17 ; Deuteronomy 4:1-2; Psalm 119:11, 89, 105; Isaiah 40:48; Matthew 22:29; John 5:39, 16:13-15, 17:17; Romans 15:4; 1 Peter 1:26; 2 Peter 1:21

We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal spirit, perfect in love, holiness, justice, and grace. We believe that He mindfully and mercifully concerns himself with our lives and the lives of mankind. He hears and answers our prayers and offers salvation for sin and death through Jesus Christ.

Luke 10:21-22; Matthew 23:29; John 3:16, 6:27; Romans 1:17; 1 Timothy 1:12-2, 2:5-6; 1 Peter 1:3; Revelation 1:6

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, co-equal with Jesus and the Father in the Godhead. We believe the Holy Spirit, who came forth from the Father and Son, convicts the world of sin and promotes righteousness and judgment.  The Holy Spirit is our helper, comforter, and guide to all who believe in Jesus.  We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells all believers, and through the Baptism with the Holy Spirit, believers are empowered for Christian service and gifted for this service. We believe that the gifts of the Spirit are active and necessary for today.

We believe a person's destination of either Heaven or Hell is determined by their response to the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that eternal life in heaven is the reward of all who believe and receive Christ as their Lord. According to the Scriptures, “For God so loved the world that He sent His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life”- John 3:16

Matthew 5:3, 6:20, 19:21, 25:34; John 17:24; 2 Corinthians 5:1; Hebrews 11:16; 1 Peter 1:4

We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believer to meet regularly together for fellowship, prayer and the "breaking of bread."  We believe God has individually equipped us so that we can successfully achieve His purpose for our lives which is to worship God, fulfill our role in the Church and to serve the community in which we live. We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, both universal and local, and is composed of individuals who, through faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. We believe that Christ Jesus is the Head and Lord of the Church. The mission of the Church is worship, evangelism, discipleship and the nurturing and care of one another.

Salvation makes us righteous before God. Sanctification is the development of Christ's character in us through an ongoing process of yielding to God's Word and the Holy Spirit. Hebrews 12:14 tells us that "without holiness no one will see God."

1 Thessalonians 4:3, 5:23; 2 Corinthians 3:18, 6:14-18; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3; Romans 8:29, 12:1-3; Hebrews 2:11

We believe that human life is sacred from conception to its natural end; and that we must have concern for the physical and spiritual needs of our fellowmen.

Psalm 139:13; Isaiah 49:1; Jeremiah 1:5; Matthew 22:37-39; Romans 12:20-21; Galatians 6:10.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He has existed in relationship with Himself for all eternity. God is full of love and is completely Holy.

 1 John 5:6-8; John 1:14, 14:28, 16:28, John 15:26; Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 61:1

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only One who can restore us to God. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

Romans 10:9-10,13; John 3:16, Ephesians 2:1-10; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 1 Peter 2:18-24; John 3:16; 1 John 1:7; Revelation 1:5, 5:9, John 1:29

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but as a result of sin is lost and powerless to save himself. We believe that the only hope for man is to believe on Jesus Christ, the virgin-born Son of God, fully God, fully man. Through faith in Christ’s life, death and resurrection, mankind is redeemed.

Romans 10:9-10,13; John 3:16, Ephesians 2:1-10; Genesis 1:26; Romans 6:23

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith alone. Salvation is an unmerited gift from God, no  amount of good works will produce justification before God. We further believe that the manifestation of grace and faith is a holy life expressed through righteous works. Whosoever calls upon Jesus will be saved.

Romans 3:21-30; Galatians. 2:16,3:8 4:4-7; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5; Romans 10:9-10, 13; Acts 16:31; Hewbrews 2:12

We believe Hell is a literal place. Eternal separation from God happens there. “But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars – their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death”

Baptism in water by immersion is a direct commandment of Jesus and is for believers only. Baptism is an ordinance symbolic of the Christian's identification with Jesus' death, burial and resurrection.

Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16; Acts 8:12, 36-38; 10:47-48; Colossians 2:12

Daily health and divine healing were purchased by Jesus' atoning sacrifice. Wisdom for the healthy stewardship of our bodies and divine healing by the laying on of hands are available to every believer.

We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made to complete each other. God instituted marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of a male and a female. Marriage is holy, blessed and is an everlasting sacrament in the sight of God and His Church.

Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:5-6; Mark 10:6-9; Romans 1:26-27; 1 Corinthians 6:9.
